Final Questionnaire Evaluation

This final questionnaire has really helped us when it came to coming up for our final ideas for our product. The first question we asked if they would like the title sequence to be in a school and the majority said they would like the title sequence to be in a school, and this is really helpful as having out title sequence in a school was one of our final ideas and we were glad the majority would watch it if it’s in a school. The second question really helped us as we asked if the main character/s should be a male, female or both, for this answer a fifty percent picked the both option and this was helpful as we didn’t really know who the main character should be, and this will also show equality of both genders and it will attract more audience. We asked a question relating back to the ancillary task which was if they think that the poster and the DVD should have the same colour scheme and all of the answers said they should be as it’s promoting the same thing they should have the same colour scheme. To help us with character we asked if the main characters should be older than 15, we were really stuck on this one so asking other people helped us come to a conclusion, the majority said that yes they should be, as this will attract our target audience more as its 11-16years old, and younger children like to watch older children and sometimes look up to them so having the main characters older than 15 might influence our target audience. We asked if they liked the idea of the title sequence showing the different types of groups in a school and we liked this idea because this is a common feature used in teen movies and as most of our target audience are teens this will attract them more and it will make them want to watch it more as its an interesting feature, and again the majority said they would like if we showed them the different groups of people in the school. Overall this questionnaire has really helped us as now we have some clear final ideas and we can start filming some of these ideas.
