Brand identity

In order to ensure that the main and ancillary products are linked together, Adrianna and I have decided upon a font style that will be used for the trailer, poster and website.

In addition to that, we chose a colour scheme; this is a peachy colour that will complement with the black font. By making use of this combination not only we’ll show consistency, but we will also portray the equilibrium of the tenor between the characters in contrast with the tension we’ll show in the trailer.

In the prints and online media, the most important element to show is the romantic element of the genre. So for the poster, we are going to stick to the same font style, however we’ll change the colour to white.

This way, we’ll portray the purity of the characters’ love for one another. As for the background of the poster and website banner, we shall use an outdoor image which will be found as an outdoor setting in the trailer as well. Making use of the same location, we will keep the products consistent and linked together.

Furthermore, the themes of the pictures will varry slightly. The website banner will consist of a picture of the three characters of which theme will be love, but a sense of tension will also be portrayed; the rest of the pictures will be different shots from different scenes. The poster again will consist of the image that will be found as the website’s banner and a more intimate picture; this way, we will manage to keep all the products linked together.
